Scenario

A plain data-collection form: publish the flow, share its public link, and anyone can fill it out without a stepbase account. No reviewer, no approval, just capture the submission.

How it works

  1. Submission: the entry stage is assigned to *public (anonymous)*, which is what turns the flow into a shareable link; the form asks for name, email and a message
  2. Received: the flow ends immediately on a success status, so every submission is a closed instance in your list

    3. Publish the flow, then copy a public submission link from the Share dialog. There's nothing to configure first.
