TriageFeedback

Scenario

Anyone in the workspace submits feedback, a triager reads it and tags it with an internal category (Bug, Feature Request, Question, or Praise). The submitter just sees "Completed"; the category is for internal reporting.

How it works

  1. Submit Feedback. Any workspace member fills in a short form: a one-line summary, the details, and an optional contact email
  2. Triage & Categorize. The Support team reads the submission and picks one of four categories: Bug Report, Feature Request, Question, or Praise / Kudos
  3. Category status: each category is its own terminal status block, and all four display the same "Completed" status to the submitter
  4. Who uses this

    • Product feedback triage
    • Customer support inbox categorization
    • Internal suggestion box
    • Anywhere you want to segment outcomes without exposing the segmentation

    Why stepbase

The stage a flow ends on and the status a submitter sees are two different things. Four terminals, one "Completed" label: the submitter experience stays simple ("we got it, it's done") while your reporting keeps clean per-category buckets.

Map the Support placeholder to a real team before you publish, and the flow runs as-is.

Start from the form, the stages, and the routing behind it.
